Greg Vigna, MD, JD
Dr. Greg Vigna is a practicing rehabilitation physician, a certified Life Care Planner, and an attorney. He has cared for patients with serious, life threatening injuries for over 20 years. His vocation and life mission are to help patients regain the greatest quality of life possible.
Dr. Vigna became an attorney because of his frustration with changes in the healthcare industry that prevented patients from receiving the highest standard of care. He believes that both government and private insurance companies ration care to the detriment of patients who are disabled by their injuries.
Dr. Vigna is a proven women’s advocate and pudendal neuralgia expert. He has published widely educational content to allow the most serious injured understand their injuries and empower them through education to obtain the medical services they require.
Dr. Vigna is instrumental in litigating mass tort matters. He works to identify flaws in the basic science and identifies the misrepresentations made to the FDA and the public by pharmaceutical companies and device makers to develop liability. He understands the future care cost required for those injured to ensure necessary compensation.
Dr. Vigna understands the injured want the best medical care to their life expectancy and the best legal representation regardless if it is due to the negligence of others or deliberate acts by multinational corporation who have profited from pushing products to market, and not completing adequate safety research despite warnings that their products were causing serious injury. Dr. Vigna and his staff have witnessed the life-long suffering these patients experience.
As an advocate Dr. Vigna is uniquely prepared to understand the nature of your injuries, and advocate for you either via settlement negotiations or in a court of law. He is experienced in national level litigation and together with partner attorneys takes on multi-national businesses such as Johnson & Johnson, BP, and others.
Dr. Vigna completed Concord Law School in 2012 after a decorated career in medicine to help patients across a wider spectrum. He completed residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation from Baylor College of Medicine in 1996, having worked at numerous hospitals during his time there. Previously completing his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and Cum Laude with a B.S. in biochemistry from University of the Pacific.
Dr. Vigna is married with three teenage children. He is an avid golfer and fisherman, who also enjoys coaching childrens basketball and golf.
