Dr. Vigna is instrumental in litigating mass tort matters. He works to identify flaws in the basic science and identifies the misrepresentations made to the FDA and the public by pharmaceutical companies and device makers to develop liability. He understands the future care cost required for those injured to ensure necessary compensation.

Dr. Vigna understands the injured want the best medical care to their life expectancy and the best legal representation regardless if it is due to the negligence of others or deliberate acts by multinational corporation who have profited from pushing products to market, and not completing adequate safety research despite warnings that their products were causing serious injury. Dr. Vigna and his staff have witnessed the life-long suffering these patients experience.
