Mr. Dalimonte has a national reputation representing catastrophically injured clients throughout the country. His practice focuses on products liability, toxic tort, mass tort, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, personal injury, dangerous amusement rides and defective medical devices. He has successfully recovered substantial compensation for thousands of clients nationally against the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. As one of the leading amusement ride and attraction attorneys in the country, he has obtained the highest verdict and settlement awards for his clients.

Mr. Dalimonte presently serves as leader on a number of complex consolidated mass torts as a member of the executive committees, plaintiff steering committees and subcommittees. He has been invited to speak on a number of topics related to the field of mass tort, complex litigation, consolidated actions and products liability. He has received numerous accolades from his peers and clients as one of the top lawyers in the country. He has represented clients in the following complex matters:

Mr. Dalimonte has unique insight to his practice in the field of pharmaceutical and medical device liability litigation. As the president of a closely held export company, he was invited by the (then) Soviet government to participate in a medical products trade mission to Moscow and Kiev. As part of this mission, Mr. Dalimonte represented his company in discussions with American and Soviet officials and with business leaders from around the world. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of North Adams State College. Mr. Dalimonte presently serves on the board of directors for The Bridge Center which is a charitable organization that manages and sends severely disabled and autistic children to therapeutic camp.

EDUCATION

Mr. Dalimonte is a 1989 graduate of the Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. He was awarded the Adolf I. Mendelker Scholarship for combined achievement in legal studies and community service and also received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of Civil Procedure. While an undergraduate, Mr. Dalimonte studied the British criminal justice system at Oxford University.

PERSONAL

Mr. Dalimonte is an avid musician who enjoys playing drums and spending time with his wife and three sons.
