Mr. Dalimonte has unique insight to his practice in the field of pharmaceutical and medical device liability litigation. As the president of a closely held export company, he was invited by the (then) Soviet government to participate in a medical products trade mission to Moscow and Kiev. As part of this mission, Mr. Dalimonte represented his company in discussions with American and Soviet officials and with business leaders from around the world. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of North Adams State College. Mr. Dalimonte presently serves on the board of directors for The Bridge Center which is a charitable organization that manages and sends severely disabled and autistic children to therapeutic camp.

Mr. Dalimonte is a 1989 graduate of the Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. He was awarded the Adolf I. Mendelker Scholarship for combined achievement in legal studies and community service and also received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of Civil Procedure. While an undergraduate, Mr. Dalimonte studied the British criminal justice system at Oxford University.
Mr. Dalimonte is an avid musician who enjoys playing drums and spending time with his wife and three sons.
